Let's take a brake from all the leaked photos and artistic render images of the Apple iPhone 5 and focus more on its release date. As you may imagine we have no official news from Apple HQ but we do have some nice inside news on the matter at hand. This report i based on a series of articles from TechChrunch and other tech blogs. The idea that September the 21st will be the official release date is based on the fact that Verizon, a popular retailer for the iPhones, refused to give their employees a day off in this time period. Apparently this is because the iPhone 5 is really coming out at the end of September and they will need their company's full potential to carry it all off.
The popular blog BGR also reported this and also presented a report that a similar situation was going on in AT&T. The blog iMore also claims this is true and that September the 21st will really be the release date of the device. They also claim that they heard new from Apple that an official iPhone 5 event will be held on the 12th of September. These news couldn't have arrived at a better time as it was about time Apple responded to Samsung's rising popularity and they can steal the Galaxy Note 2's spotlight The Note 2 will be shown off on the 29th of August and will be available somewhere in September which means Apple's timing is perfect if this rumor presents itself to be accurate.
Apple's iGadgets don't travel alone. So what can we expect to see along with the new iPhone 5? Well, I guess the obvious would be the rumored 7.85 inch iPad Mini device! Apart from this we can also expect a whole array of official gadgets, docs, cases and apps that go great with the new devices.
Until then you can browse through some of the interesting 3D renders and see what the iPhone 5 might look like!
